| Founded in 1991 as Haugiang Employment Promotion Centre, the organisation were re-named to Cantho DOLISA Centre for Employment Service in 1998. It is under the authority of Cantho Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. It provides a wide range of services including: + Consultation on Government policies, Labour Code, employment; + Job placement; + Bussiness plan development, application for loan from the National Employment Funds; + Management training; + Short-term training courses in languages, computer skills, driving; + Technical training courses in industrial sewing, embroidering, knitting, refrigeration, jewellry, cooking, etc. The organisation participated in a lot of international projects, e.g. European Community International Programme, Returnee Assistance Programme. |
