| Youth Employment Service Centre is under the authority of HCMC Youth Union. Its main function is to place young people into jobs and to provide them with adequate job-oriented training. YES provides access to National Employment Funds and other credit funds. It delivers training-of-trainers and training-of-enterpreneurs workshops at district level with assistance of the local Youth Union offices. |
