| VOTEC was founded in 1990 by HCMC Labour Federation. Its main function is to provide unemployed with technical training. There is a wide choice of courses including languages, computer, accounting, secretarial skills, electricity, electronics, industrial sewing, business administration, human resource management. The Centre placed some 7,500 people into jobs for the first 8 months of 1999. It was granted Grade 3 Labour Medal by the Government for its outstanding performance. |
