| MRDP is funded by SIDA to support rural development projects in 5 mountainous and upland provinces in the Northern Vietnam (Hagiang, Laocai, Yenbai, Tuyen Quang and Phu Tho). Their activities take place in 74 communes and 18 districts. At the same time, MRDP provide assistance to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) in Hanoi. The programme activities are integrated in the activities of MARD and its provincial departments. |
