QN Youth CES is under the authority of Quang Ninh Youth Union. It was founded in 1996 to provide employment services to young people such as job placement, consultation on the Labour Code, vocational training. The organisation joint the SIYB Programme in July 1999 when their facilitators were sent to attend the second SYB workshop held in Hanoi. The management of the Centre is committed to the SIYB Programme in Quang Ninh area.
